Book Report Worksheet

With all the reading my kids have done this summer, I whipped up this book report to see how well they remembered the stories they read. Very generic, can be used for almost any book.

Questions include: What impressed you most about this book? What was your favorite part or scene? Pretend you had to write a sequel or another chapter after the ending. What would happen?
